One of the most exciting and extraordinary seaside cities in Britain, Brighton has for centuries been regarded as a pleasure dome and now welcomes over 8 million seaside loving tourists each and every year.
The city of Brighton boasts a multitude of fascinating landmarks, most notably the Royal Pavilion, Brighton Pier, and the skeleton of West Pier, which sadly burnt down in 2003. Brighton also offers up hosts of great restaurants and bars and an abundance of fantastic places to stay. Beaches, a buzzing nightlife and a plethora of culture makes for a perfect mix, enjoyed by visitors and locals alike. The cosmopolitan city of Brighton is deservedly one of Britain's favourite seaside destinations.
